What does it give me?
Knowledge Call (in association with BETA Model)
offers you a very powerful way of defining your target market through
a granular analysis of specific business type and employment sizes
of businesses. You can identify specific business types from region
down to ward level and across both standard industrial classifications
(SIC codes) down to 4 digit or yellow pages classifications from 1999
to this year. Once you have identified the target market you can then
purchase the contact details for the majority of businesses that you
have identified in these reports. The reports include trends over
time, survival rates, movements and benchmark reports. The analyses
are based on commercially available datasets.
Our analysis is based on individual
business records, we do not survey and then aggregate results. Therefore,
with any analysis we have the ability to go direct to the source
and use this as the basis of contacting businesses. This offers
an extremely powerful relationship between analysis and contact.
The information requirement from a Client in the Serviced
office sector was for Knowledge Call to source a list of new companies
in Merseyside that have begun trading in the last three years, analysed
by number of employees to provide a target list. Serviced
Office Case Study
This task was to add value to the marketing campaign
by providing a targeted list containing specific contact details
with defined information including;
- Contact name
- Company Name
- Company Address
- Telephone Number
- Fax Number
- SIC (Standard Industry Classification)
- Yellow Pages classification
- No Employees
- Turnover (Where applicable)
The contact list was derived from a combined analysis
of SIC code assessment and number of employees to provide a specific
target. The objective of the Client was to increase occupancy via
a direct marketing campaign to contact the targeted companies and
offer them either new or upgraded, serviced office accommodation.
The information to enable the target market assessment
was provided in the form of a report (link to serviced office report)
which formed the basis of the contact list. This was provided by
e-mail in a word document.
The subsequent contact list was provided under
licence in the form of a usable database.
